My sis and me accompany my uncle to collect his hp yesterday as his hp was being sent to repair last Sunday due to can't hear the party speak and detecting problem of the memory card.
We've waited for a very long time to collect the phone and end up that the phone wasn't being repair properly as we still can't hear the other party talking through the phone. So the lady call us to wait for a while and ended up we've waited for 20mins and we still haven get the phone. Then we 've been so angry with the services they had given us as they say that the phone they might have to sent it to the other place for repair. End up the whole thing solve after my sis and me have a fierce argue with the lady and so the manager say we can collect the phone within 1/2 hr without any exceptional.

Really waste my time and ez link money to go down to Bishan if we can't collect the phone today. Lucky we did argue for the collection by today. haha...
